Tess Varga
How I work
I test casino cashiers with small deposits, $20 to $50, and write down every step from the sign-up form to the money arriving back in my account, with the time on the clock. Before any of that I read the terms in full and the regulator's certificate, because the terms decide what the cashier will do long before the cashier does it. I keep a table of every address that uses a casino's name: what the footer says, which company it names, which licence number, and the date I looked.
I do not hold a gambling licence, a finance qualification or a law degree, and this site does not give legal or financial advice. What I have is a habit of reading section numbers and a refusal to publish a figure I have not read on the operator's own page.
What I have checked at Casino Mate
- The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate reached from the footer seal, on 29 September 2026.
- The Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Terms, sections 1 to 8, on 29 September 2026.
- The About, Mobile, Contact, Responsible Gaming and Promotions pages, and the front-page lobby, the same day.
- Complaint counts on casino.guru and AskGamblers, on 28 September 2026.
What is not done yet
- A timed deposit and withdrawal with screenshots.
- The payment-method list behind the login, including whether PayID is offered.
- Support response times on chat, email and phone.
- RTP figures from the game information panels inside the lobby.
Each page says which of these it is waiting on. Corrections go through the contact page; the scoring method is on how we rate.
